Ms. Antionette
Director/Owner
Antoinette McMillan is the owner and director of Care2Learn Child Care Academy. Holding a BS in Human Development & Family Studies from Penn State University (2011), Antoinette brings over 14 years of childcare experience and has been a prominent leader and advocate in the early childcare field since 2009. In 2014, she acquired her nursing license, specializing in various nursing roles, with a focus on pediatrics. With three children of her own, Antoinette is driven by the mission and vision of Care2Learn Child Care Academy, recognizing the significance of high-quality childcare. She often reflects on how childcare played a pivotal role in her career, stating, "Childcare is what saved my career; without my children's daycare center and teachers, I would've never made it out of nursing school." Paying it forward is a central mission for Ms. Antoinette, emphasizing the importance of reliable and trustworthy childcare providers. She actively shares her experiences with the staff, striving to fulfill the mission for all families and leave a lasting impression throughout their lives.
Ms. Khadijah
Operations Manager
Ms. Khadijah, with over 13 years of early childcare experience, has beenwith Care2Learn Childcare Academy for two years. Starting as a lead teacher for Toddlers and Infants, she progressed to Staff Supervisor and currently serves as our Operations Manager. Dedicated to ongoing learning, Ms. Khadijah ensures the smooth functioning of our center, maintaining high standards and keeping a positive environment for children and staff.

Ms. Anyae is a dedicated teacher at Care2Learn Childcare Academy, bringing a passion for early childhood education to our learning environment. Currently undergoing the process of obtaining her Child Development Associate (CDA), Ms. Anyae is committed to enhancing her skills and knowledge in the field of childcare.
